Salary Continuation / Short-term Disability
Cargill is committed to providing income support for employees that require time away from work due to an illness or injury.
We provide income support through Long-term Disability (LTD) coverage for eligible employees who are unable to work due to a disability for six months or more.
Cargill provides basic life insurance and dependent insurance coverage at no cost and provides the option for additional coverage.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
We provide Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance for employees who are disabled or pass away as the result of an accident. Employees can purchase voluntary AD&D coverage for themselves and their spouse.
